Terms of Service

Short and readable on purpose. These terms apply to every order placed with Sauce Electronics.

1. Orders

  • Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp (+260 779 345 969). An order exists once you receive a written order confirmation with an order ID (format SE-XXXXX-XXXXX, trackable at track.html), the exact device (model, storage, condition grade, color where applicable), the total price, and the estimated delivery window.
  • Quotes are valid for 48 hours — prices track exchange rates and source availability.

2. Payment

  • Payment is made in full at order confirmation, by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or bank transfer, and is used to purchase your device from the source.
  • Every payment is acknowledged with a receipt on WhatsApp. We never request payment from any number other than +260 779 345 969.

3. Sourcing & delivery

  • Devices are sourced from partners in China, the US and the UK. Typical delivery is 5–12 days from payment; your confirmation states your specific window.
  • If sourcing or shipping is delayed, we notify you immediately with a new estimate. If the delay exceeds 14 days beyond the confirmed window, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Delivery within Lusaka is door-to-door, Monday–Saturday. Deliveries outside Lusaka are sent via agreed courier at your cost and risk after handover to the courier — unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations, rejection & refunds

  • If we cannot source your device: full refund.
  • If the delivered device does not match your confirmed order: reject at handover for a full refund.
  • Once you accept a device at handover, sales are final, subject to the 1-month warranty.
  • Refunds are paid within 3–5 business days to the account that paid.

5. Authenticity

  • All devices are authentic, tested and demonstrated in front of you at handover before you accept them.

6. Privacy

  • We only collect what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and payment confirmation. This is used solely to process and deliver your order — never sold or shared, except where necessary to complete delivery.
  • Your WhatsApp conversation with us is private and used only for order management and support. We don't send marketing messages unless you've asked to hear about new stock.

7. Acceptable use

  • Don't submit fraudulent orders, misrepresent your identity or delivery address, or use automated tools to scrape or copy our catalogue for commercial use.
  • We may refuse service at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property & site reproduction

  • The Sauce Electronics name, logo, and this site's design, code and content belong to Sauce Electronics (a brand of Sauce Studios) and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
  • Don't copy, clone or mirror this site's design, code or content for use elsewhere, and don't use our name, logo or branding to represent an unaffiliated store, page, or WhatsApp account.
  • If you believe a site or account is impersonating Sauce Electronics or reproducing our content without permission, contact us so we can act on it, including takedown requests where needed.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one at this URL. Continued use of the site or placing an order after an update means you accept the revised terms. For changes that affect your rights, we'll try to notify you directly on WhatsApp.
