The honest story
Sauce Electronics is not a big company. It's one person — a student in Lusaka — with real partners in China, the US and the UK, and a simple idea: Zambians pay too much for tech because every device passes through too many hands before it reaches us.
I genuinely cannot afford a bad reputation. A big shop can survive a scandal; a student business runs on trust or it dies. Every order I deliver correctly is a customer who tells their friends — that's my whole business model.
How I keep it honest
- Every promise — price, model, condition, delivery date, warranty — is put in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Every device is tested in front of you at handover. Wrong item? Reject it, get refunded.
- If I can't source what you ordered, you get a full refund — not store credit, not excuses.
- Every delivery gets posted (with the customer's permission) on Instagram and Facebook — a public track record you can check.
